Our outstanding service continues after installation with preventive maintenance, repair/return services, spare parts and front-line technical support. In addition, extended, advance exchange, and on-site warranty programs can be purchased to enhance your standard maintenance program.

Flo Healthcare mobile workstations are designed so that individual components can be removed and replaced without sending the whole unit back to the factory. Customer Service Specialists from Flo Healthcare are trained to troubleshoot and help isolate issues to specific components. These components can be returned to the factory for warranty repair under the Return Materials Authorization (RMA) program.

Flo Healthcare also warrants that the cart and integrated components purchased from Flo Healthcare are free from material defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty term. Preventative maintenance is an on-going program, generally administrated by the customer, to optimize the utility of the Flo workstations through periodic inspections, replacement of wear and tear items, and service for the serviceable items. Wear and tear items, or items that fall into a state of disrepair through abuse or neglect are not covered in the standard Flo Healthcare product warranty.
