Flo Healthcare Announces New Director of Client Services

(ATLANTA –July 11, 2007)  Flo Healthcare, a leading designer of state-of-the-art wireless mobile workstations, wireless infrastructure and related services for the healthcare industry, has hired industry veteran Ronald Mancuso as the company’s director of client services. In his new role, Mancuso will build on corporate accounts and partners, and implement a broader suite of after-market support services.

Prior to joining Flo Healthcare, Mancuso was president, chief operating officer and owning partner of N2N Tech Solutions Corporation, a training and education software company for military healthcare. 

Before that, Mancuso served for 27 years in the Outsourcing Services Division of Eclipsys Corporation, a healthcare clinical software and services company.  As vice president of technical solutions, Mancuso was responsible for overseeing sales and marketing, as well as managing customer hardware, which included sales, installation, repair, customer service, network support and mobile wireless solutions/services. Under his leadership Eclipsys achieved significant growth in revenue and income which included the development and management of the Government Services Division. Through his years at Eclipsys, Mancuso also lead the Hardware Operations, Sales Center, Inventory and Control, Logistics, and Network Customer Service Divisions of the company.
