Flo Healthcare Files Patent Infringement Suit Against Rioux Vision

(ATLANTA – November 20, 2006) Flo Healthcare Solutions, LLC, a leading designer and provider of state-of-the-art wireless mobile workstations, wireless infrastructure, and related services for the healthcare industry, today announced that it has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Rioux Vision, a manufacturer of mobile wireless workstations based in South Carolina.

The suit, filed October 26 in the U.S. District Court for Northern District of Georgia in Atlanta, concerns one of Flo Healthcare’s patents. In the suit, Flo Healthcare is seeking monetary damages and a permanent injunction that bars Rioux Vision from further infringement of Flo Healthcare’s patent, United States Patent No. 6,721,178.
